The UpLove Foundation

Our story

Built on love.
Rooted in service.

The UpLove Foundation was founded in January 2026 by Isaiah “Zay” Stephens-Love with a simple conviction: everyone deserves to feel valued, supported, and uplifted.

Why we exist

The foundation began as a commitment to love, compassion, volunteerism, and community service. It brings people together to respond to the needs around them, one act of kindness at a time.

We place a particular emphasis on young people. We want every young person in our community to know they are valued, and to have the encouragement and opportunity to recognize their own potential.

None of this happens alone. Our work depends on neighbors, volunteers, and community partners choosing to work side by side to uplift one another.

Mission

The UpLove Foundation exists to uplift and strengthen the community through love, service, outreach, and compassion.

The organization strives to create meaningful change through volunteer work, youth engagement, empowerment initiatives, and community and neighborhood-building programs.

Purpose

The Foundation operates exclusively for nonprofit and service-oriented purposes.

Vision

Our vision is to build a world where love, unity, and service shape everyday life.

We strive for a future where every person—especially the youth—feels valued, supported, and empowered to rise. The UpLove Foundation envisions communities and cities filled with connection, opportunity, and people working together to uplift one another through genuine acts of love.

Guiding values

What guides us

Love
Genuine love is the starting point for everything we do and the way we treat every person we meet.
Service
We show up for our neighbors through volunteer work and outreach that responds to real needs.
Compassion
We meet people where they are, with care, dignity, and understanding.
Unity
Neighbors, volunteers, and partners accomplish more together than any one of us can alone.
Empowerment
We help people, especially young people, recognize their potential and rise.
