A servant leader
Isaiah “Zay” Stephens-Love is a passionate community leader, advocate, and servant leader dedicated to making a lasting difference through love, compassion, and service. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The UpLove Foundation, Isaiah established the organization in January 2026 with a vision of uplifting individuals and strengthening communities through meaningful outreach, volunteerism, and acts of kindness.
Leadership from an early age
A native of Alabama, Isaiah has demonstrated a commitment to leadership and community engagement from an early age. Throughout high school, he served as Student Government Association President for all four years, graduating sixth in his class.
His dedication to leadership, academic excellence, and service has continued into his college career, where he studies Political Science at Alabama State University. With aspirations of becoming an attorney and pursuing a future in public service and politics, Isaiah is committed to advocating for others and helping create opportunities for individuals and families to thrive.
Leading the foundation
Under Isaiah’s leadership, The UpLove Foundation has worked to address community needs through youth outreach, educational initiatives, food and clothing distributions, senior outreach, mental health awareness, and community engagement events. His approach to service is rooted in the belief that meaningful change begins when people come together to serve others with genuine love and compassion.
For Isaiah, The UpLove Foundation is more than an organization—it is a mission. He believes that everyone deserves to feel valued, supported, and uplifted, regardless of their circumstances. Through partnerships, community involvement, and a growing network of dedicated volunteers, he continues to turn that belief into action.
